Features of this table includes a plasma hand torch and oxy/fuel straight cut or bevelled cut torch system . The all new dual torch holder system can now house a hand torch that allows you a much greater cutting capacity than the machine torch on any of the different plasma machines with a new easy and accurate dual hand torch and oxy/fuel torch holder.
For example here is a cut comperison rating on a Hypertherm 1650 plasma between the hand and the machine torch:
Hand Torch Cut Capacity:
Recommended: up to 1-1/4" (32 mm) at cutting speeds of 19" (483mm) per minute
Maximum: up to 1-1/2" (38 mm) at cutting speeds of 11" (279 mm) per minute
Severance: up to 1-3/4" (44 mm) at slow speed
Machine Torch Cut Capacity:
Recommended: up to 1/2" (12 mm)
Maximum:up to 3/4" (19 mm) (Cutting above requires an edge start)
Severance: up to 1-3/4" (44 mm) at slow speed
This system also allows the torch to move up and down into position on each cut preventing the torch from getting hung up on cut pieces as it passes over top already cut pieces and open area's on the plate . This is possible through the Z axis and software that is avaliable . We also provide a Floating Torch Lift Mount under the torch holder for easy gliding over plate that may be warped or crowned.
Also , for cuts that exceed the limit of your plasma's cutting capacity we now offer.
The new Dual Torch Holder that also holds a oxy/fuel torch that 
now comes equipped with a bevelling attachment allowing you to cut straight on the plate or bevel your cut from left side or right side and front angle or back angle cuts by simply turning the torches position on the mounting plate.
The Plas-Cutter HD Dual Cutting System also, along with a fully enclosed deep water tray now includes a specially designed downdraft system built into the table allowing you to easily connect a exhaust system to the cutting table.
These new features originally designed for the large industrial tables can now be adapted to any size table upon request .
