The
Plas-Cutter, multi function table is your
answer. A extremely, well built
custom make welded table. This unit is
designed to allow you access to the whole
cutting area, by placing your
material on the table from either end or
from the top. Our new design allows you to
place your material on the table without
damaging the Gantry as the Gantry
is able to be parked off the end of the
table out of the way .
Y
axis moves on a special designed T rail
and rack and pinion gear track . The Y
axis travels using 2- 660 oz, stepper motors that
are fully enclosed eliminating accidental
damage from shop equipment running into it.
X and Z axis moves on a 15 mm Linear rail
and bearing system for extreme precision
and accuracy.The X and Z axis travel using
270 oz, stepper motors for extra torque power. It
also includes a plasma torch head mount for
either a plasma machine torch, or oxy-fuel
flame head at no additional cost.
The
Plas-Cutter, unlike
other tables is made using four 4x4 and two
2x4,188 wall tubing for the legs and extra
cross supports are place across the bottom.
This allows plate weight capacity of 5000lbs
or more.
The
Plas-Cutter, multi function table
can be used for Plasma Cutting, Oxy/Fuel
Cutting, HVAC Cutting, Can also be adapted
for Router and PVC Cutting and is
ready to put to work within minutes of
uncrating as it's table software comes
totally setup and calibrated to start cutting
when you receive it.This eliminates extra
setup and
reading of instructions on how to set table
perimeters.
This
unit is complete with heavy ware bar grading
that makes it easy to retrieve parts as the
ware bars make it nearly impossible for cut
parts to fall through. The Water
Tray also has two recessed drain plugs
that helps to speed up water changing.
Water Tray is also designed to eliminate
smoke and catch smoldering slag and extinguish
it . You can also install a fan system that
would easily create a down draft system
if you like.
The
Plas-Cutter, has a travel and cut speed
of 10-500 inches per minute and is accurate
within +/-.0005 of an inch.
